Return & Exchange Policy
Just dungaress want you to love your dungarees as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:- Contact Us: Email us at justdungress@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will respond with further instructions, including the return address.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Please ensure the package is trackable.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Contact us at justdungress@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
- Once we receive your original item, we will send out the exchange item at no additional shipping cost (for domestic orders).
If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
Defective Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at justdungress@gmail.com with the following information:- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item
We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a full refund, including shipping costs.
